Renovations completed in June 2023, the house has been stylishly designed with local art from Fabrica la Aurora. Sleeping up to 10 people, you will have a quiet and relaxing time in this incredible home in Nueva Escondida, just a short ride to the heart of historic San Miguel de Allende. The amenities include 24-hour gated security, secured parking, heated pool, a clubhouse, and gym facilities. In addition, all guests have access to Escondida's shuttles in and out of Centro, available on a schedule for pickup from your front door.

• Professional cleaning and disinfection service before every stay
• Breakfast and mid-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee upon explicit written request from guests' post-booking confirmation. Please note that we need at least 24 hours' notice for this service. Breakfast will only be available for same-day arrival bookings beginning on the 2nd morning of the reservation.
HOLT's Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pool properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The pool rules are shown in the last photo of the listing.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional $50 USD sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but are caught by our team will be subject to a $500 USD fee.
For those with cars, the property has a driveway for your vehicle, you can also park a second vehicle on the street right outside the property. If you don't have a vehicle, Nueva Escondida has a free and fast shuttle service that can take you downtown and back to the property. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.
