Incredible Views from our Updated Ocean Front Condo 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Condo in Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico) on the Sea of Cortez! Not only is this one of the Closest Condos to the Beach in the Whole Resort but it is one of the Quietest offering Exceptional Privacy... and it’s Not Windy like some of the condos on higher floors! Sleeps up to 6 adults with 2 children under the age of 5 years old also allowed.

We are taking COVID very seriously and have set up a higher level COVID, deep cleaning (noted as "linen fee" only due to the limitations of this website's software). If for some reason a guest is uncomfortable with only deep cleaning, we are open to working on having at least a 24-hour space between guests for an additional fee (please inquire).

The space:
The view from the condo is amazing: water, sunsets and palm trees… In fact you can sometimes see dolphins in the Sea of Cortez from the balcony! The balcony is also wonderfully protected from the wind and offers a beautiful view of the nighttime skies.
This is a luxury condo that is tastefully decorated with pride of ownership seen throughout. Travertine marble bathrooms, granite countertops, Alder wood doors, cabinets & trim and super high ceilings including a brick Cupola feature as well as a new smart, 60 inch television with HBO, Showtime, Cinemax and Netflix in the Living Room — are just some of this condo’s amenities. This condo is literally one of the closest condos to the beach in the entire complex (it is 100 foot steps as the crow flies to sand and 200 footsteps when taking the garden path). It is a gated and guarded resort.
Your stay with us also includes our guest amenities like a built-in reverse osmosis water filtration system (no having to bring or buy water here!) on a separate tap at the sink, a blender, a 12-cup coffee machine with a 3 1/4” filter for the first morning’s coffee, hand soap, pods for the dishwasher and for the washing machine, etc.; we want you to have an amazing stay and will work to see that you Remember the beach “rules”:
1. relax, 2. unwind and 3. enjoy. :-)
We have on-site check-in... which means you don't have the hassle after traveling to Rocky Point of then driving back into town to check-in like some other condos in the same resort!

5 Large Pools (2 heated), 2 Giant Hot Tubs, 4 Charcoal Grill areas, 2 Large Grass Lawn areas, Beautiful Cobblestone Streets leading to fabulous water features and amazing photo backdrops throughout, Swim-up Pool Bar, Gym, Tennis Courts and fine SANDY BEACH with calm WARM waters from the Sea of Cortez.
Many fun restaurants & easy to access grocery stores in area including Sam's Club. Check out our FREE concierge services for Zip Line Tours, Scuba Diving, Kayaking, Golf 3 courses - 2 of which were designed by Jack Nicklaus, Eco Tour boat for Sunset Cruises and Day trips to Isla San Jorge to see the porpoises, sea lions, whales in our bountiful "Aquarium of the Sea" as named by Jacques Cousteau!

**MUST BE 25 OR OLDER TO RENT** Exceptions may apply with owner approved additional credentials and an additional cash security deposit and/or fee.
**GUESTS WITH FEWER THAN 2 REVIEWS OR EVEN ONE NEGATIVE REVIEW are required to pay a $500 refundable deposit due and payable within 72 hours of booking.

Please remember Bella Sirena has the highest standards to protect the enjoyment of your stay; thus, the HOA has placed strict rules on MAXIMUM number of guests & for our Condo; which is a maximum of 8 guests total of which only six may be ages five years old and older. If you have more, please let us know & we will try to help reserve another 1, 2 or 3 bedroom unit for your group.
PLEASE NOTE: Security will turn you away at the gates if you have more than 6 guests over the age of 5yo. :( Renters are not allowed to bring pets :( There is a great pet hotel in town if you need arrangements, just let us know. Lost parking placards or bracelets main incur a US$100 fee each.
