It is a new house, very comfortable, spacious, and with everything you need to make your stay pleasant.
It has a beautiful view from every room. You can see the sea from your bed. The area is very quiet, we are very close to universities and research centers such as Uabc, Unam, Cicese and Cetys. Just 3 min. there is a store and 5 min. a Soriana market, Subway, Pharmacy. It is located next to the Eda-Tij highway and only 8 minutes from downtown Ensenada and the tourist area. If you want to visit Valle de Guadalupe you will arrive in 20 min, also it is very close to Hotels, Restaurants, craft breweries and bars to mention a few.
You have access to the entire house and patios to spend a pleasant time with family or friends.

Definitely a very quiet area to rest or vacation. Very close to the city center and Valle de Guadalupe, Santo Tomas, restaurants & bars,
You can use taxi and Uber, but I definitely recommend bringing a car so you can visit and see the different places that Ensenada offers.
The neighborhood is very quiet, many scientists and professors live in the area since we are close to Universities and the Scientific Research Center. The people here are very respectful and kind.
The streets are dirt even since it is a subdivision where most of the houses have not been built for long.
The nights are beautiful and calm, you can appreciate the glow of the stars. Ideal if what you want is a family break. Or if what you are looking for is to spend time with your friends and get to know hotels, restaurants, craft breweries, bars, Playa San Miguel, 10 minutes from San Antonio de las Minas and 20 minutes from Valle de Guadalupe.
