The house shares the enclosed remainings of an ancient sugarmill & hacienda. It is a beautiful and original house surrounded by nature and the different parts of the hacienda such as the chapel, the main house, the former sugarmill, chimney, warehouses and endless magical corners just waiting to be discovered. It is a two story house that fits 10-12 people, has 4 rooms- One in the groundfloor and three in the 1st floor. It has a living-room and library, a dining room, 2 grills & verandas (one covered and one open-air) surrounded by wide gardens and hacienda´s ruins. The house takes advantage of the good climate and beautiful vegetation and light and has a lot of open spaces, which makes one even enjoy it even more. The whole property is owned by around 30 families who share the common areas such as the vast gardens and playgrounds, hacienda´s buildings, and pool & tennis court, yet the house has its own private space as well, in case you want to be secluded,none will even know you are there. It is a close property of 7 acres with a tight 24/7 security that is constant. It is located just 1.5 hrs from Mexico City, 30 min. away from Cuernavaca and Tepoztlan and just minutes away from the town of Yautepec where one can easily go and buy all the groceries and typical ingredients at the local mercado as well as supermarkets.
