Welcome to this ground-floor Modern Beachfront Condominium with a small private swimming-pool, and a huge private terrace in Chicxulub Puerto, located at km 8, so only a few km East from Progreso. The Condominium also offers a large common swimming-pool, which is divided in 2 areas, one being shallow, for children. Only small pets are allowed, so please ask before booking if your pet is allowed.
Literally just a few steps to the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico. A private retreat, with only 16 apartments, 2 on each floor, yet so close to Chicxulub Puerto Centro and even Progreso.
Its private location guarantees the relaxation our guests are looking for, and it will surely recharge their batteries and help them get rid of the toxins and feel free again.
The Space:
This modern and family oriented condo is located on the ground-floor and it has 3 bedrooms + 1 maid room or 'cuarto de servicio' in Spanish, with an extra individual bed. Each one of the bedrooms have a full en-suite bathroom, and there is an extra guest toilet.
The private swimming-pool offers full privacy to the guests that don't wish to share the common areas with other guests.
The property was furnished and equipped for the use of its owners and for families with children and pets, or for large groups of friends, and for visitors during their stay, thus offering practical furnishings and ammenities. Two internet modems and two large Smart TV Sets, among other details.
There is also a washer/dryer unit.
The Condominium has 24hrs security staff and private parking lot, with 2 parking spots for each property.
Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
Chicxulub Puerto is a quiet fishermen village and the neighbourhood consists of beachfront villas and very small convenience stores and local restaurants. No building sites, night clubs or commercial places, no noise polution. Street food is even cheaper than you might think and it is delicious.
Getting Around:
If you don't want to rent a car, you can simply use Uber and Uber Eats or take long walks. However, we do recommend renting a car.

1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until 24 hours after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.
2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.
3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.
4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.
5. ***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Any consumption will be charged at a rate of 4 pesos (about 20 US$ cents) per kWh, according to the meter readings at your check-in and check-out. Turning off the air conditioners when out enjoying the beach is usually enough to stay within a very reasonable and cheap consumption.***
