The apartment is located on the first floor, but don't worry, the building has an elevator for people who may have reduced mobility
Guests have access at no additional cost to common areas such as an equipped gym, business center, 2 common area swimming pools (one indoor and 1 outdoor); a jacuzzi on the terrace of the highest floor of the building and laundry center
As your host and as a team with the concierge who will receive you, we will be available for any questions you may have and for assistance within the apartment, the concierge is available from 9 am to 5 pm
** Stays 20 nights or lower have 15 Kw of electricity perday included. For bigger stays or for extr Kw consumed, the rate is 6.00 Pesos per KwH and is due at the end of the stay. Thank you for helping us to save electricity!
** Please take into account that the elevator only goes to one floor down the top floor terrace where the jacuzzi is located. There are stairs to reach the terrace.
***The washer and dryer are subject to availability and it is recommended not to leave the area while you are doing your washing
This is a new, modern apartment with a fairly fresh style that will allow you to enjoy your stay in La Veleta-Tulum.
In the apartment there is a terrace with a private pool and outdoor furniture; It also has all the amenities for recreation and leisure.

ADDITIONAL FEES:
- Electricity service has a separated cost, this way, you pay only for what you use and we keep low prices. The cost is $6 MXN Pesos per kWh and it has to be paid in cash upon your check out. Help us to take care of the environment.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM & Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. If you need to check-in before 3:00 PM, please ask for availability one day before your arrival (no extra fee if so), but if you check in after 9:00 PM there's an additional fee of $200 Mxn pesos per hour/fraction.
- This fee applies as well if you check-out after 11:00 AM (subject to availability, we can only guarantee it one day before your check-out due to we could receive a reservation anytime, that arrives that day) or if you check out before 7:00 AM ($200 Mxn pesos per extra hour/fraction).
CLEANING SERVICES:
- Full cleaning service available for an additional fee of $700 Mxn Pesos, if you only need a change of linens, the fee is $300 Mxn Pesos.
- You have one basic cleaning service included for every 7 nights of stay (change of linens is not included but you can request it for the $350 Mxn Pesos fee).
- Please request the cleaning services to your host, with at least a 24 hrs notice.
- The cleaning fee that you paid once you booked is for the service that we must do after your check-out.
- We're not a hotel, we're not an owner renting their property, we're a vacation rental company, therefore, we only provide basic cleaning supplies upon arrival, or, if you request a service for the corresponding additional cost.
- Linen or towels with tough stains at the end of your stay, apply a fee of $60 Mxn Pesos per piece.
OTHER RULES:
- Noise levels should be reduced by 10 pm.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Don't smoke inside, please. ($100 USD penalty applies)
