Three bedrooms are accesible from the outside of the house, which guests tell me is convenient for members pf the group that require more privacy or use the house at different times.

The house is beautiful and we expect you to fully enjoy it but respect it, please. Smoking only allowed in outdoor and public areas like terraces, living room, dining room and gardens.
