Our modern beach condo is decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. We visit often so not only is it well maintained; it is constantly updated. The fully stocked spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, cookware, GE appliances with ice maker and RO system. There are 2 spa like bathrooms that have floor to ceiling marble with inlaid travertine tile with walk in showers. The master bathroom has a separate walk in shower plus a large relaxing soaking tub. There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom has a 50” LCD TV, and beautiful ocean views. The guest bedroom has a 30” LCD TV and Both bedrooms have King foam mattresses with beautiful new furnishings. The bonus bedroom is nicely furnished with an LCD TV as well.
The open great room, kitchen and dining area are overlooking the Sea of Cortez is where you and your family will enjoy the comfortable furniture, (queen memory foam sleeper if needed) 55” LCD TV with sound bar. The dining area has a beautiful hardwood table with seating for 8 to enjoy that special gourmet meal.
The patio is nicely decorated with high end patio furniture with seating for 10 and has incredible views of the beach, ocean, and resort pools.
The courtyard area right below Cortez 1506 has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, Jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sunshades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river and shady Ramada's. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.
Four smart flat screen TV's with HD channels including HBO, Cinemax and ShowTime, plus ESPN, Fox Sports, PHX local channels (Fox, ABC, CBS and NBC), plus high-speed internet.
This is a NON-SMOKING condo NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the Las Palomas rental pool. You will not be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including daily maid service if requested, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed.
